Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Membership program discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased products or services. No refunds on membership fees. Gift cards and/or vouchers cannot be used to pay the membership fee. Discounted rates are non-transferable. Membership is non-transferable. Unused complimentary treatments, vouchers, and discounts are forfeited at the conclusion of your 12-month membership period. Membership expires 1 year from purchase.
