Returns: We will gladly accept the return of any skin care product within 30 days of purchase for a full “in house” credit on your account. For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. To initiate your return, you must contact us via email at spacoordinator@quatela.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A spa coordinator will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return. Make-up and prescription product returns are not allowed.
 
Shipping & Handling: Products in stock are shipped within 2-3 business days. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. If the backordered item is on extended delay through the manufacturer, we will remove the item from your order, issue an in-house credit for that amount, and ship the remainder of the order to you at an upgraded shipping method at no additional cost to you. Customers will be notified via email within 3-5 business days if a product is OUT OF STOCK. All orders will be sent using standard shipping methods. If you would like to expedite your order, please select the express shipping option for an additional fee. All orders over $75 will receive free shipping. Tax: We are currently required to charge sales tax on all orders. International Orders: We currently do not accept international orders.
 
Prescription Products: Prescription products (ie: Retin-A, 4% hydroquinone, etc.) are available to current in-house clients only and may be ordered by calling 585-244-1010.
